The Trefl Company was established in 1985 as a small family owned and operated business specializing in printing. Today, Trefl is one of the largest manufacturers in Poland. While Trefl produces an array of product ranging from games to playing cards, puzzles are their main product. Trefl attributes much of their success to listening to what consumers suggest for puzzles designs. From these suggestions, Trefl has developed a line of Old Masters artworks, several Panoramic scenes and many picturesque puzzles of well-known buildings, animals and pastoral scenes. Trefl eagerly looks forward to your suggestions, too!

	Each Trefl puzzle is computer designed and printed out on the plotter before the final design is approved.

	Trefl workers feed printed cardboard through the cutting machine which will turn them into jigsaw puzzles. Special Swedish knives are used for accuracy.

	Inside the Trefl plant, sheets of pre-printed cardboard await the next step — the cutting machine — that will cut them into jigsaw puzzles.

	The Trefl box making machine takes the uncut box tops, already printed with the puzzle design and label, and cuts the top and bottom of boxes to just the right size.
